Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree (unsweetened)
  • 1/2  cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (or more, if you want)

Preparation:

  1.  Empty contents of Pro•Cal Vanilla Pudding into a small bowl.
  2.  Whisk in Pumpkin Pie Spice.
  3.  Whisk in water then pumpkin puree.
  4.  Top with a little more pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet Z•Pro25 Red Velvet
  • 5oz Water (can be substituted w/ fat free milk)
  • 1/2  Cup Diced Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Rolled Oats

Preparation:

  1.  Empty contents of Z•Pro25 Red Velvet into a small bowl .
  2.  Whisk in water (or milk); set aside.
  3.  In a parfait glass layer Z•Pro25 Red Velvet with Strawberries.
  4.  Top with rolled oats and enjoy!

    Pro•Cal Pumpkin Spice Mocha Latte

    Preparation Time: 8 Minutes
    Servings: 1

    Ingredients:

    • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Mocha
    • 1 Pumpkin Spice Tea Bag
    • 10 oz Hot Water

    Preparation:

    1.  Brew and steep tea for 5-10 minutes in 10 oz of hot water, steep longer for more flavor.
    2.  Squeeze tea bag to get as much flavor as possible and discard.
    3.  Mix tea into Pro•Cal Mocha and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
      Vanilla Mint Pudding

      Pro•Cal Vanilla Mint Pudding

      Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
      Servings: 1

      Ingredients:

      • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Vanilla
      • 1 Peppermint Tea Bag
      • 5 oz Hot Water
      • 1 ice cube

      Preparation:

      1.  Brew and steep tea for 10 minutes in 5 oz of hot water.
      2.  Squeeze tea bag to get as much flavor as possible and discard; chill with an ice cube.
      3.  Mix tea into Pro•Cal Vanilla.
      Strawberry Ice Shake

      Pro•Cal Strawberry Milk Shake

      Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
      Servings: 1

      Ingredients:

      • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Strawberry
      • 8 oz Cold Water
      • ½ cup Crushed Ice

      Preparation:

      1.  Place water, milk and ice into a blender.
      2.  Empty contents of Pro•CalStrawberry into blender.
      3.  Cover and blend until smooth.
      4.  Serve in a tall, chilled glass
        Vanilla Mousse with Raspberries

        Pro•Cal Vanilla Mousse with Raspberries

        Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
        Servings: 1

        Ingredients:

        • 1 Packet Vanilla Pro•Cal
        • 2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip
        • 4 oz Cold Water

        Preparation:

        1. Empty contents of Pro•CalVanilla in a bowl.
        2. Mix with water until smooth and creamy and gently stir in Cool Whip.
        3. Transfer pudding to a serving glass and top with raspberries.
          Chocolate Berry Pudding

          Pro•Cal Chocolate & Berry Pudding Parfait

          Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
          Servings: 1

          Ingredients:

          • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Chocolate
          • 4 oz Cold Water
          • 2 tbsp Fat Free Cool Whip, separated
          • 1/4 cup Raspberries
          • 1/4 cup Blueberries
          • 1/4 cup Strawberries, diced

          Preparation:

          1. Empty contents of Pro•Cal Chocolate in a bowl.
          2. Mix with water until smooth and creamy and gentle stir in 1 tbsp Cool Whip.
          3. In a tall glass layer pudding and berries to create the parfait and top with remaining Cool Whip.

          Pro•Cal Vanilla Peach Latte

          Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
          Servings: 1

          Ingredients:

          • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Vanilla
          • 1 Peach Tea Bag
          • 8 oz Hot Water

          Preparation:

          1. Brew and steep tea for 10 minutes in 8 oz of hot water.
          2. Squeeze tea bag to get as much flavor as possible and discard.
          3. Mix warm tea into Pro•Cal Vanilla.
              strawberry peach ambrosia

              Pro•Cal Strawberry & Peach Ambrosia

              Preparation Time: 10 Minutes (Plus 2 hours to set)
              Servings: 2

              Ingredients:

              • 2 Packet Pro•Cal Strawberry
              • 1 Box Sugar Free Cherry Jell-O®
              • 1 Cup Cold Water
              • ¼ Cup Hot/Boiling Water
              • 1 Cup Peaches, canned in juice, diced

              Preparation:

              1.  Empty contents of Jell-O into a bowl and mix with ¼ cup boiling/hot water. Set aside.
              2. Empty 2 packets of Pro•Cal Strawberry into a bowl and mix with 1 cup cold water.
              3. Mix in Jell-O mix after it’s sat for 10 minutes.
              4. Pour mix into a shallow 4” X 8” pan (a toaster over tray usually works well!) lined with plastic wrap.
              5. Pour in ambrosia mix.
              6. Top with diced peaches and cover with plastic wrap
              7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

              • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Chocolate

              Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

              Ingredients:

              • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Vanilla
              • 1 Small Banana
              • 1 Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafer Cookie, crushed

              Preparation:

              1.  Empty contents of Pro•Cal Vanilla Pudding into a bowl.
              2. Whisk with ½ cup (4 fl oz) cold water.
              3. Peel and mash ½ of the banana and mix into the pudding.
              4. Slice the other half of the banana.
              5. Top pudding with banana slices and crushed cookie.

                  Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

                  Ingredients:

                  • 1 Packet Pro•Cal Chocolate
                  • 1 Bag Chai Tea
                  • 4 oz Boiling Water
                  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon (optional)
                  • ½ Apple, diced into small pieces

                  Preparation:

                  1.  Empty contents of Pro•Cal Chocolate Pudding into a bowl.
                  2. Blend in cinnamon and set aside.
                  3. Add tea bag to boiling water and steep for 10 minutes.
                  4. Squeeze tea bag to get as much flavor as possible and add an ice cube to cool.
                  5. Whisk tea in to dry mix and fold in diced apple.
