Order Policy

Orders placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time will ship same day via UPS Ground. Orders received after 1 p.m. will ship next day via UPS Ground. Sales orders are paid via credit card and processed on the day the shipment leaves the warehouse.

Return Policy

Orders declined by customer at the time of delivery can be returned unopened for refund of purchase price, less shipping charges for return and re-stocking charge of 15%. Returns for any other reason will be accepted subject to approval.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship via UPS Ground. Upgrades are available at additional cost. Orders over 15 cases must ship via UPS Freight.
